     将SPHC带材的力学性能与A、B工艺生产的SPHC带材的力学性能和轧制力进行了比较,结果表明:工艺B的SPHC带材的主要力学性能满足冷轧原料标准的要求,冷轧力没有明显提高,对冷轧机架的轧制负荷影响不大。根据宜昌薄板厂酸洗生产的后续情况,在热轧工艺改进前,A法生产的SPHC带钢酸洗速度一般为150~160 m min,有时甚至降至120 m min。经热轧工艺改进后,B法生产的SPHC带材的平均酸洗速度达到171180m min,接近酸洗装置的最大酸洗速度,酸洗后的表面颜色也有明显改善。2006年4月初在宜昌梅钢生产的3000 tSPHC带材酸洗表明,酸洗速度可达180 m/min,酸洗后表面为白色,无灰分、边缘黑带等酸洗缺陷,酸洗质量明显提高。
